My socks were hurting me today. I know, I know how can socks possibly hurt? Well if you look at my ankle you will see that apparently the socks were just too tight….more than likely it is because my ankles are just not happy…. good times. Eat Right. Feel Amazing. So much truth to that statement. When I eat right, my body feels good. When I don’t my socks hurt.
Breakfast: superfoods shake with spinach and blueberries. Along with my coffee/half and half. Then a mocha I made with chocolate milk. Turned out pretty good.
Got to work and had another cup of coffee with half and half. Then a vanilla cafe latte k-cup. A handful of raw almonds.
Lunch time: Salad with cucumbers and tomatoes, goat cheese, homemade asian dressing. The rest of the macaroni salad from the store, strawberries.
Snack: Carrot sticks
Then it all goes down hill from there…. I get home and I am hungry and tired and stressed about the upcoming visit. I made a cheese crisp in butter. Then I made another and THEN I wiped butter all over the cold tortilla….WHAT?!?!?! then I made a decaf mocha and then had a chocolate milk for dessert… and the ankles keep swelling on..
