Am I going to tell you how well I did today on my food? Nope.

Do I even want to share with you? Nope

Here it goes…

Breakfast: shake, spinach and blueberries Coffee: two with almond milk

Lunch: refried beans, taco meat, spinach, salsa,  black olives and cheese. One bag of Sun Chips.

Snack: snickers

Dinner: two cheese crisps

Nope.
