Dill pickle cashews……..

and other fun stuff I ate today.

Breakfast: shake with you guessed it spinach and blueberries. Coffee with almond milk. Espresso with fat free milk

Work: coffee with half and half. Starbucks mocha frap from the vending machine.


Lunch: salad with pumpkin seeds and bell pepper homemade dressing. Half of an apple. Cottage cheese.

Dinner: Cafe Rio! It is National Taco Day  you know. I got a raspberry chicken taco and a shredded beef taco with refried beans and rice…  don’t worry I drank lots of water today.. and did a lower body yoga that has my right glute on fire!!
