Breakfast was coffee with maple almond milk creamer, two cups. Cafe Latte with spinach and blueberries
Work coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 one cup
Lunch was roasted broccoli, a snack size bag of Funyuns, a quarter pounder with cheese and a large coke from McDonald’s
Dinner was two Angry Orchards a quesadilla with chicken, one plain tortilla, cold.
