Yep, a McDonald’s kind of day….

…………….Today I just don’t care. I am tired and I was hungry for all the bad stuff so I gave in.

Breakfast was coffee with maple almond milk creamer, two cups. Cafe Latte with spinach and blueberries

Work coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 one cup

Lunch was roasted broccoli, a snack size bag of Funyuns, a quarter pounder with cheese and a large coke from McDonald’s

Dinner was two Angry Orchards a quesadilla with chicken, one plain tortilla, cold.

yep… that is my day.

100 ounces of water. Yoga lower body workout today. So there is that…
