I have a lot to share and some of it is funny , most of it isn’t. BUT I am too tired to write so this will only be a food log kind of day:
Breakfast two cups of coffee with the almond milk maple creamer. Had my vanilla superfoods shake with spinach and blueberries with turmeric
Got to work and brewed three more cups of coffee with creamer……then instead of eating my lunch that I packed I was offered leftovers from the appreciation luncheon for the e-com team. It was wonderful and too much food. I just kept telling myself that I was prepping my body for all the Thanksgiving carbs to come.
One warmed up roll with a pat of butter. 2 cups of roasted vegetables, one large scoop of the garlic, ranch,bacon potato salad. Two spare ribs, one chicken thigh with BBQ sauce. Two cups of the most amazing pasta salad that was called America’s salad that had cheese and ham and peas in it. I at it ALL!
Needless to say I am not hungry now so there will be no dinner entry. I am currently at 160 ounces of water.
I DID do some yoga this morning! First workout in days. It was just ten minutes but it felt good. I think I am on the mend, hopefully.
