….I would have eaten in it all! I did not make good choices today. That is where I want to leave that.
Here is the breakdown:
Breakfast: coffee with milk three cups. 1 piece of toast with spreadable butter, two eggs with spinach and salsa in olive oil. Four slices of turkey bacon.
Lunch was nachos, chips, aside, beans, nacho cheese, onions, tomatoes onions and salsa
5 sea salt Poppable chips
a large screwdriver
dinner was more Mexican food. Ground seasoned turkey tacos. I fried the two corn tortillas in oil. Served them with cheese, salsa black olives with refried beans on the side.
I did do my yoga today. It was stretch day. I also did several workouts for my Cancercize page.
I am on my 125 ounces of water.
